MEET KIM
Kim Menke is a Georgetown City Councilman, business leader, and longtime advocate for workforce development and economic growth in Kentucky. After nearly four decades in manufacturing leadership with Toyota and General Motors, interaction with local, state, and federal government; Kim now brings that experience in problem-solving, teamwork, and accountability to public service. He has served in leadership roles with the Georgetown-Scott County Chamber of Commerce, Commerce Lexington, KY FAME, and the Kentucky Workforce Innovation Board.
Kim believes Georgetown’s strength lies in its people, its values, and its future. As a candidate for mayor, he is focused on fiscal responsibility with thoughtful growth, strong public safety, and keeping Georgetown a great place to live, work, and raise a family.
